CID Couriers is a small independantly owned and operated family business located in Halstead, Essex surrounded by towns such as Braintree, Colchester, Witham, Chelmsford, Sudbury & Ipswich.

Here at CID Couriers you're a person, not a number on a computer screen, you don't have to try to remember some long-winded account number before your query can be addressed, you won't be put on hold or passed from department to department, and probably best of all, there's no automatic answering phone systems with endless menu options. When you call you will speak directly with me, the owner of the business.

With nearly 20 years in the transport and logistics industries, you can be sure that I have the knowledge and experience required to make your delivery requirements and operations go as smoothly as possible. When a problem does occur, it is this wealth of experience and common sense that goes a long way to finding the solution without having to endlessly involve the customer.

Being located just off the A120 with Stansted airport and the M11 motorway just 30 minutes away, fast access to London, the docks at Harwich & Felixstowe and the east anglia region is possible. That doesn't mean I only serve the local area, no matter where you need your items shipped within mainland UK, remember, CID - Consider It Done.
